About

I’m Harry Moran. And this is my website. I’m the youngest Mac OS X developer in the world (I’m 12) and I have a few apps by now (In the “Apps” page) We have quite a few computers in our family, An (ancient) Dell Inspiron 2000, an (Even older) IBM ThinkPad T30, and a (Brand-new) Apple MacBook Pro and iMac (The MacBook is mine.) I’m very into games, and that’s a tiny bit about me.

  3. Hi Harry,

I’m Michael Mullen. Congrats on your app being so popular. I am 13 and have my own site: michaelmullen.org. Just wondering how is the best way to get into iPad/iPhone programming as I have more extensive knowledge on web programming

    Looking forward to the reply,

    Michael

    • Hey Michael
If you want to get into iOS game dev, first you need an Apple computer. Then, you need to install xCode and learn how to code an iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch game. A source I would suggest is Coder Dojo if you live in Ireland or London, as they are opening all over Ireland now and one is launching in London this Saturday.
Reply if you have any problems.

  4. Hey Harry, was objective-c hard to learn? Does your app use OpenGL or OpenAL. Are you using some of the newer audio frameworks for driving the sound effects?

  5. Harry,

Congrats on the success of your app. I gather you were in to one of our 3Stores to discuss any promotion we might be able to give you. Please send me a mail detailing what you had in mind and I’ll advise of what we might be able to do for you.

    Regards,

  6. Hi Harry:

My VP of Product Management heard a story about you on the radio and sent me to your blog. Have you considered selling plush toys that represent the characters in your games? We help lots of small and big (e.g. Rovio) game developers ship their products around the world and have connections for design and manufacturing. If you’re interested, give us a call!
